Additive-free and crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the mineral-rich highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
Before cooking, the agave is shredded to expose more surface area and draw out deeper flavor. It is then slow-cooked in vertical autoclaves to ensure a more even extraction throughout the plant.
The result is a tequila defined by depth, balance, and character.
